We are delighted to welcome Paul Watson to the role of CEO for Carallon.
Paul brings a wealth of experience and an extensive operational background to the role through his previous positions at Thales, Racal Acoustics and Kelvin Hughes. He previously held the role of Carallon’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) managing the demands of manufacturing, operations, facilities, and supply chain functions.
Chris Hunt will focus on the demands of the CFO role, actively supporting Paul and the rest of the Executive team.
Paul and Chris are joined by Sarah Darby, who moves to the role of Chief People Officer (CPO) after ten years with Carallon. Sarah’s remit includes Carallon’s recent B Corp Certification as well as providing the important link between the EOT Board and Employee Council. This is a new role within Carallon and clearly puts people front and centre of all decision making, reinforcing Carallon’s core values and beliefs.
The Executive leadership team, will be setting out a fresh strategy for the future, centred around Carallon’s long history of innovation and quality.
Paul commented “I am pleased to have joined Carallon and to have become CEO at this exciting time. We will focus on strengthening capabilities and building a stronger company for the future, working in partnership with our customers and the Employee Ownership Trust for the benefit of everyone involved. As an employee-owned business, we are in a unique position to do just that.”
Later this year, Carallon will celebrate its 20th anniversary, and 4th anniversary of being a wholly employee-owned company.
